I thought this week is over but we have replacement class tomorrow. *sigh*
Junior batch orientation week had finished and it was certainly better than KPLI’ s. Feedback from them was good too. I am glad they thought we are firm and friendly at the same time. They will make this tiny place merrier.
The student body was well prepared and we have clearer direction. I am exhausted but satisfied. Clearly being the editor of daily bulletin is not easy. I enjoyed it tough.
I gathered the team and we came out with a timetable. They took the picture and wrote a short repot. Deadline is 8pm everynight. Then, the real work begin where I have to read the repot and choose the suitable pictures.
One of my reporter is very good and perfectionist, he is good at writing and graphic designs but his problem is meeting the deadline.
Some of them tend to write excessively long and repititive reports. I hate editing their work buit they are very helpful and they stick to the deadline. I owe them very much.
Some of them were very excited for the wrong intention. They were preying for the junior girls. However their work were good, meet the dealine and helpful.
Most of them were my friends, it was very difficult to gave them instructions but I agreed they do have beautiful pictures for me everyday.
It was pleasant working with you guys and I hope I can make something in return for you.
The lectures were happy about our little effort, the language depatment was very fussy, they ask me too many questions and make me feel inferior. However at the end of the day they are the one who really appreaciate our work. There were lectures who constantly asking me why their picture was not publish and I ‘layan’ them for the next day publication. Thank you to the Student Affair Department for their support and suggestions especially Ustaz F and cikgu A.
